Exclusive to Travelbiz: Volker Lorenz (Manager Ireland, Amadeus) attended the Business Travel show in London last week and he was actively involved on the Amadeus stand.   “The show attracts a large selection of interested people including corporate travel buyers, managers and bookers.   It is an ideal opportunity to source new products, solutions and suppliers as well as networking”, said Volker.   There were several Irish agents in attendance including Stephen McKenna (GoHop.ie), Eamonn Murray (Atlas Travel), David O’Grady (e-Travel), Sinead Reilly (Travelport), Coleman Burke and Tom Burke (both Club Travel).

The report is based on a survey of over 400 UK and Ireland adults, who work for large companies and regularly travel for business and was conducted in December 2012, by ICM Research on behalf of Amadeus UK.
