Recently amended cancellation policies apply for all Europe & UK, the Middle East and Asia trips affected.

The Travel Corporation (TTC) is in the midst of its 100th anniversary year. The fiercely passionate, family-owned company has had a century’s long commitment to the travel industry and a forward promise to support their valued trade partners. Service is simply a part of our DNA; it’s who they are and one of the reasons that you have entrusted them with your time, your most valuable asset. It is also why they must share difficult news with you today.

They have been closely monitoring the world’s response to the pandemic and given recent news, they do not believe they can continue to offer the award-winning TTC experience you and your clients have come to expect and deserve at this time.

We have therefore made the following decisions, effective immediately:

Uniworld Boutique River Cruises suspends all European river voyages until 26 Apr-20. Trafalgar, CostSaver, Insight Vacations, Luxury Gold and Contiki suspends all trips to Europe & UK, Middle East and Asia, until 30 Apr-20.

TTC’s latest more flexible re-booking policies for all of the above brands remain in place and cancellation fees have been waived for any re-bookings in 2020 & 2021.

The team at TTC know this global situation has caused confusion and anxiety for many; the details of your clients travel plans should not add to your list of concerns. Their updated cancellation policy will allow guests more time to make decisions about upcoming travels and TTC’s team stands at the ready to assist you as everyone navigates through this process together.

Beyond service, there is something else a hundred years in travel has taught TTC: resilience, “We know this industry – which has weathered many difficult times over the last century – is strong because we’re in it together. We all believe in the power of travel; it’s potential to open borders, connect cultures and drive local economies. Let us not forget that during these next days; we will all be better for it”.
