CaminoWays.com has launched its official Camino de Santiago stamp for the Camino pilgrim passport. Those walking the Camino de Santiago can now visit CaminoWays.com's offices in Dublin and get the first passport stamp for their journey to Santiago de Compostela. The pilgrim passport is the progress book for those taking part in the Camino de Santiago and travellers must get the right number of stamps along the way to receive their 'Compostela', the religious certificate proving they have completed the pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela.

The Ireland rugby squad beat Canada (40-14) this weekend in Toronto and Tourism Ireland will be pulling out all the stops to capitalise on the tourism potential of the game. Thanks to the large exposure and ‘hype’ about Ireland in the Canadian media this week, the game has provided Tourism Ireland with an excellent opportunity to highlight Ireland as a holiday destination, as well as a top location for sporting events. The IRFU and Leinster Rugby are also doing their bit for ‘The Gathering’ this year when over 500 international players from 50 teams are expected to ‘gather’ in UCD this August.

London City Airport named Best in Europe
London City Airport has been named the best airport of its size in Europe at the 9th annual ACI Europe Best Airport Awards which took place in Istanbul. London City was announced as the winner in the 1-5 million passenger category for the 2nd year running. Declan Collier (CEO London City Airport) said, “It is an honour to win this award for the 2nd second consecutive year which demonstrates how hard the London City team work to deliver consistently high standards and implement new initiatives”.

United Offers Flat-Bed Seats On All Long-Haul flights
United Airlines now features 180-degree flat-bed seats and personal on-demand entertainment in the premium cabins on all scheduled long-haul international flights from the airline’s eight North American hubs. United is the only U.S. carrier to exclusively provide flat-bed comfort to premium cabin travellers on scheduled long-haul flights from continental United States. United is also offering satellite Wi-Fi and they expect to have more than 200 aircraft outfitted with satellite Wi-Fi before the end of the year.
