Alan Sparling flew back in style with ANA in their new Business Class ‘The Room’ just before the Typhoon hit Tokyo. Having come back from Kyoto & Osaka, Alan arrived in Tokyo which in 2018 soared to number one ranking of the world’s most reputable city.

Bicycle Tours around the Imperial Palace, dinner twice at Gonpachi restaurant (yep, the Kill Bill restaurant) and an escalator ride on the most mind-bending shopping entrances he’s ever seen! Ride the escalator up (or down) and you’ll be enveloped into a kaleidoscope of mirrors that threw Alan off balance. (He doesn’t get out much).

Japan has a fascinating and multifaceted culture; on the one hand, it is steeped in the deepest of traditions dating back thousands of years; on the other, it is a society in a continual state of rapid flux, with continually shifting fads and fashions and technological development that constantly pushes back the boundaries of the possible. This is part of what makes it such a fascinating country to visit and one which Alan would highly recommend your clients visit. And immerse yourself in that culture from the minute you leave Europe by flying with 5 star ANA.
