Louvre Abu Dhabi.

Ten years in the making and it shows. The Louvre Abu Dhabi opened its doors in November 2017. President Emmanuel Macron of France opened the museum which is the first outside of France featuring 23 galleries that are housed underneath a breath-taking dome that weighs the same as the Eifel Tower!

The walk through all 23 galleries brings you on a journey or art from cultures all over the world, 300 pieces come from key French Institutions. The Dome is a must see as the sun sets over Abu Dhabi reflecting its amazing structure.

Tour of Qasr Al Hosn

As temperatures in Paris exceeded what we were experiencing in Abu Dhabi we made our way to the Qasr Al Hosn, more commonly referred to as he White Fort. It is the oldest stone building in Abu Dhabi and has become a symbol of Emirati Heritage, Culture and Tradition. Following years of restoration, the Fort opened its doors to the public in December 2018, showcasing historical artifacts, photographs and memorabilia where you can get a real feel as to how Abu Dhabi has grown and continues to develop at every turn.

Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque

No visit to Abu Dhabi is complete without a tour of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. This majestic architectural treasure is one of the most contemporary in UAE society.

The Mosque can house upto 40,000 worshippers, many of whom knell and pray on the biggest one-piece carpet in the World. The Mosque was initiated by the late UAE President and ruler of Abu Dhabi, HH Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan and is second in TripAdvisor’s list of the Worlds top 25 landmarks, beating the likes of the Taj Mahal in India and Peru’s Machu Picchu.

Holy broken bones Batman we’re in Bedrock!

No better way to finish a day in Abu Dhabi than taking a stroll through bedrock before taking on all the forces of evil with Batman, Robin, Wonder woman, Superman and Wilma.

Abu Dhabi presents Warner Brothers indoor them park which is only a ten minute ride from the airport and adjacent to Ferrari Land and Water World.

The theme park opened its doors in 2018 and features 6 immersive lands under one roof for the first time in the region. There is 29 state of the art rides for all the kids (and adults) to enjoy as well as endless themed shopping and eating outlets.
