TUI launches new route – Cheers to Tunisia

#Traveltradetogether

As we look forward to marking World Cocktail Day next Tuesday, TUI is mixing up a Tunisian Breakfast Martini to mark its inaugural flight to the beautiful country, taking off from Dublin on Monday 19th May.

TUI will operate weekly flights each Monday from May 19th 2025 until September 8th 2025 and local holidaymakers can choose from resorts including Hammamet, Monastir, Port El Kantaoui, Skanes, Sousse, Yasmine Hammamet and Mahdia.

Along with TUI Splashworld and TUI Blue hotels, there will also be TUI Kids club making a big difference to family holidays with an exciting childcare programme; the ultimate all-inclusive experience with TUI Magic Life; and for beach lovers TUI Suneo for those who just want sun, sea and sand.

Tunisian Breakfast Martini

A clever mouthwatering twist on the Breakfast Martini. The original was created by London’s bar legend Salvatore Calabrese.  Our answer is a local one. Tunisian gin as the botanical base is matched perfectly with fresh lemon, grandma’s homemade fig jam and green gunpowder. A drink as perfect as breakfast on the beach.

Ingredients:

  • 20 ml gin
  • 15 ml juice of a fresh lemon
  • 15 ml triple sec
  • 1 tea spoonful of fig jam
  • 20 ml green tea ‘Gun Powder’
