20th February 2023 at 12:00 pm Alana and Erica (MSC Cruises Ireland) dropped anchor this week in Dublin to share all their MSC Valentine love with trade partners.
Some very lucky agents who made bookings up to the 20th of Feb sailing onboard MSC Divinia or MSC Seashore will have some extra happy clients as they will all receive the following love filled extras.
A bottle of Moet & Chandon, Souvenir Champagne flutes and chocolate dipped strawberries in their cabins, what’s not to love.
Team Royal are sharing the love
20th February 2023 at 12:00 pm Royal Caribbean International is sharing the love with a new ‘Rewards Accelerator’ incentive for agents on all new bookings made for 2023 Europe sailings between 10th - 24th February. Any trade partners in the UK and Ireland who claim a booking via the industry-leading Club Royal Platform or Club Royal Plus App will receive a €50 reward across all stateroom types.
As with any rewards earned through Club Royal, agents will be able to spend using their Virtual Mastercard. To make Valentine’s even more special, the cruise line is also hosting a flash sale from the 10th – 14th February, gifting guests’ savings of up to €550 on any sailing departing after 10th March 2023.

Liz Wright will assume the new role as Inside Sales & Project Manager and will be working closely with Lee, Adam McKnight and trade partners in Ireland & the UK.
Brenda Quirke had recently taken a break from travel and now joins Bookabeds growing reservations & flights team. Brenda will be assisting trade partners in the new call centre located in Blanchardstown, Dublin.

Jacinta from Travelbiz joined Cluster Turismo de Galicia partners in the Dean Hotel in Dublin to learn more about the gorgeous region of Galicia in north-west Spain. With both Aer Lingus and Ryanair operating direct flights into the capital, Santiago de Compostela, the gateway to Galicia is wide open. Key trade operators from the region (VioViajes, Pilgrim, GaliWonders, InterRias, Art Nature and Rutasmeigas) were hard at work on February 9th highlighting the beauty and diversity of Galicia and vowing to get us walking the Camino! Ruben Lopez, Director of the Spanish TO in Dublin, regaled us with his fond memories of the area, the land of his forefathers.

Serengeti Flyer – Opening February 27

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay has announced that Serengeti Flyer, the world’s tallest and fastest ride of its kind, will open in February 27.
With each swing, riders will soar higher and higher above Busch Gardens Tampa Bay’s expansive 65-acre Serengeti Plain while experiencing multiple negative-G moments before plunging back toward the Earth.
Serengeti Flyer will feature twin duelling arms that soar progressively higher, reaching speeds of 68 mph and a maximum height of 135 feet at the ride’s peak. Guests will be seated back-to-back in rows of 10 across two gondolas, allowing for 40 guests to experience the ride at once.
