Travel Centres Conference Killashee Hotel, Naas – November 3rd & 4th

With less than 60 days to go to this year’s much anticipated event, Travel Centres announce details of their third speaker at this year’s conference, their 18th to date. Clare de Bono who is country manager for Amadeus UK and is also their associate director for strategy & transformation will be speaking about the fascinating topic of artificial intelligence and its increasing deployment within the travel industry. The joint headline sponsors for this year’s event are again Royal Caribbean and Silversea and other sponsors announced so far include: Air Canada, Bedsonline, Hertz, Melia, MSC Cruises, Stuba and United Airlines.

Clare de Bono – Country Manager Amadeus UK, Associate Director Strategy & Transformation

Clare joined Amadeus in June 2016 having previously worked at STA Travel Group where she headed up a number of global initiatives, including the rollout of multiple customer and trade facing air and hotel booking engines, a new global rail platform, and the opening of STA Travel in France. She has held a range of leadership positions including General Manager of Operations and Systems Development, General Manager of Global Air Solutions, and UK Operations Manager.

Clare joined the Amadeus UK and Ireland team as Director of Product & Innovation, before being promoted to a global leadership role in Product Management for Amadeus Front Office Solutions. Clare was recently appointed to lead global strategy and transformation projects at Amadeus, in addition to her role as UK Country Manager.
