#Traveltradetogether

Positve2Work Skillnet, in partnership with the Irish Travel Agents Association (ITAA), has announced that the certified Leadership Excellence in the Travel Industry Programme will return this Autumn.

Developed by the Irish Travel Agents Association, Positive2Work Skillnet, and experienced travel professionals, the programme has been tailored to reflect the unique challenges and opportunities faced by those working in the Irish travel sector.

Commenting on the impact of the programme, Gráinne O’Boyle, Director, Positive2work Skillnet, said: “The programme has been developed specifically for people working in the Irish travel industry and has been enhanced through the help of feedback from graduates who have completed the course. We have seen the positive effect this programme can have on careers. The programme incorporates best practices and travel industry-specific training designed to equip travel professionals with the confidence, skills, and insight to lead effectively and feel truly empowered in their roles.”
