PATA’S Agent training roadshow arrives in Dublin

#Traveltradetogether

Under the guiding hand of the wonderful Chris Lee, the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) UK & Ireland hit town on November 29th with many suppliers on hand to advise the best-selling holiday destinations in this exciting and diverse area.

Jacinta from Travelbiz met the eager exhibitors who included:

Kanika Mac – Thailand Tourism

Lisa Rawlings – LJR Consultancy

Sunata Trai-Ukos – Thai Airways

Joe Talbot – Singapore Airlines

Emma Mc Kelvie – South Australia Tourism Commission

Antoinette Stavrou – Tourism Australia

Alison Lee- Tourism Events Queensland

Katerina Ferguson – Anantara Hotels

Zane Williams – Taronga Zoo

Richard Howarth – Journey Beyond

Christine Hutton – Air New Zealand

The roadshow followed a tried and tested formula of speed networking, which allowed agents to engage in 10-minute appointments with suppliers from across the PATA region. A busy and successful evening in the popular central venue Mc Grattan’s on Baggot Street included food, drinks and excellent networking opportunities – it was even tinged with some festive cheer. The PATA members are off to Belfast today, so good luck and enjoy full engagement with our lovely northern neighbours.
