Meet the future of business travel at this year’s Business Travel Innovation Faceoff Europe 2025 Award Presentation

#Traveltradetogether

10 shortlisted startups will compete over two days to win the prestigious award at this year’s Business Travel Show Europe.

Business Travel Show Europe will spotlight the next generation of corporate travel innovation with the return of the hotly contested Business Travel Innovation Faceoff Europe 2025 competition, taking place at Excel London on 25–26 June.

A highlight of the show’s two-day programme, 10 of the most pioneering startups and scale-ups will pitch cutting-edge solutions to industry veterans and a live audience of corporate travel decision-makers.

Designed to showcase technologies reshaping managed travel, the Innovation Faceoff gives each finalist just seven minutes to demonstrate how their innovation tackles today’s top business travel challenges – spanning cost control, policy compliance and traveller experience.

Last year’s winner was Lumo, an AI-powered flight disruption management tool that enables the entire travel ecosystem to proactively plan for and manage disruptions.

Business Travel Show Europe marketing director Jonathan Carter-Chapman said, “The Innovation Faceoff continues to be a show highlight, attracting some of the boldest talent in travel management technology and service, with previous entrants and winners continuing to push boundaries today.”

The 2025 lineup features visionary companies that are transforming corporate travel with technology-led solutions. This year’s shortlist is:

  • Altour – AI-powered communications platform that unites contact centre tools, inboxes, and collaboration in one workspace
  • Blockskye – Brings blockchain transparency to travel booking, empowering buyers with control and cost savings
  • FareAudit – Real-time fare auditing to prevent overpayment
  • Front – AI-powered communications platform that unites contact centre tools, inboxes, and collaboration in one workspace
  • Planned – A platform that brings real-time event data together for smarter, simpler sourcing
  • PredictX – Blends machine learning with intuitive dashboards and automation to supercharge travel manager productivity
