ITAA launch Irish Travel Industry Awards 2025

The Irish Travel Agents Association (ITAA) is delighted to confirm MSC Cruises as the headline sponsor for the 2025 Irish Travel Industry Awards. These prestigious awards celebrate excellence in the travel industry and will take place at a Gala Banquet in the Round Room at The Mansion House, Thursday 23rd January 2025.

Winners of the prestigious awards are presented with the chance to boost their profile and reputation within and outside the industry.  Last year’s awards crowned Click & Go Holidays as Travel Agency of the Year with over ten employees whilst Stein Travel was named as the ITAA Travel Agency of the Year with fewer than ten employees. The Irish Travel trade are already eager to find out who will be awarded this year’s titles.

The Supplier Awards feature a number of categories across all areas of the travel industry including air travel, tour operators, cruise lines, agency, tour operators, industry service providers, trade relations and destinations. The Contribution to The Travel Industry Award highlights the hard work and dedication made by individuals to the Irish travel industry.

Clare Dunne, CEO of the ITAA, commented, “The Irish Travel Industry Awards are always a highlight in the industry calendar for all within the trade. Not only is it a very exciting night of networking, but it is also a set aside time to reward the hard work of our agents and suppliers over the year. I think it is essential that we show that expertise, innovation and dedication to excellent customer service are highly valued by the Association.”

She continued, “We are delighted to have MSC Cruises sign a two-year title sponsorship. We have proven over the past few years that together we put on a truly amazing show.”

Antonio Paradiso, Vice President of International Sales for MSC Group’s Cruise Division and Managing Director for the UK & Ireland, “We are thrilled to sponsor such an important event. At MSC Cruises, we believe in honouring excellence and that is exactly what the Irish Travel Industry Awards does. We look forward to continuing our partnership with the ITAA.”

The awards are an initiative of the Irish Travel Agents Association (ITAA) and is organised on their behalf by Business Exhibitions Limited.

Given the success of the Irish Travel Industry Awards, tables are in high demand and will be available to book from Monday 22nd July.
