Travelbiz in Tunisia with TUI Ireland

#Traveltradetogether

Our very own Jacinta McGlynn reports from the Tunisian resort of Hammamet.

Courtesy of TUI and the Tunisian National Tourist Office, our group landed safely in Enfidha airport on TUI Irelands inaugural flight direct from Dublin. The new charter series will run weekly for the summer season.

Our genial, generous and ever patient host, Moncef Battikh, whisked us off to TUI BLUE Palm Beach Hammamet Tunisia. Our hotel is home for the next few nights – 4* All-Inclusive beachfront haven of quiet luxury. The resort of Hammamet is not only thriving, but bustling with restaurants, local shops and a mini medina. Sunsets are a big deal here and, with the draw of designer bags, ceramics and spices, the Irish were in love!

Tunisian locals are genuinely friendly and the often irritating harassment of tourist markets is happily missing. This is going to be a great trip. The weather is wonderful and the itinerary amazing, so watch this space for the exciting updates.
