INS (International Network Systems) celebrates 30 years in the business of supporting the Irish travel trade

International Network Systems Limited was formed in 1993 by founder and managing director Tom Coade to provide Information Technology skills and solutions to an exploding marketplace in both Ireland and the UK. INS was set up as a one-stop shop company to provide Integrated Information Technology solutions to the Irish travel industry and beyond. With so much choice available these days it is vital to have the right technical expertise on your side when making crucial long-term decisions on an IT road map. INS has been successfully providing good quality, cost effective IT solutions to some of Ireland’s leading travel companies for 30 years.

Each INS Technical Engineer is fully mobile enabling them to provide support their clients from anywhere. The company’s main focus is IT Support including Hardware, Software, Networks, Printers, E-mail, Web Access, Document Production, Anti-Virus, Malware, Security, VOIP and Video Conferencing. INS helpdesk and call logging procedures are the envy of many other companies, enabling them to become true Information Technology partners to their clients.

Profile – Tom Coade – Managing Director, INS

Tom has been in the Information Technology Business since 1980. He was employed in the Aer Lingus group from 1986 to 1993 and during his time there he was responsible for some major computing and communications projects. Prior to him setting up INS he was responsible for the networking strategy of Galileo Ireland, the travel industry network. During his time there he built one of the largest countrywide networks in Ireland, increasing the number of client connections from 50 to 400. He was also responsible for setting up a network services division within Galileo. He has assisted many travel companies both in Ireland and the UK with their communications strategy. Tom has also worked for TIMAS (Travel Industry Multi Access System), Cara, the computer and communications specialists, ICS, G. C. Mc Keown, the software house and IFAC, the farm accounts company. Over his many years in the business, Tom has developed a unique expertise in Information Technology gained by his experience in all areas of IT including operations, programming, systems analysis, network management, project management, LAN/WAN integration. This knowledge has made him much sought after in Ireland, the UK and Europe.
