Etihad Airways Christmas Appreciation Dinner – Dublin

The Etihad Airways Ireland team – Jeremy Pollock (GM UK & Ireland), Jason Kearns and Shauna Fitzgerald – recently hosted a special Christmas Appreciation Dinner at the Anantara The Marker Hotel, Dublin, bringing together valued trade partners for an evening of connection, reflection and festive celebration.

Guests enjoyed a wonderful night of great food, seasonal cheer and meaningful conversations with industry colleagues. Declan Mescall, Features Editor at Travelbiz, joined the celebrations as we toasted a successful year and looked ahead to exciting opportunities in the New Year.

Etihad Airways Network & Product Highlights
2025 has been a landmark year for Etihad Airways, with the launch of 17 new destinations, including Krabi, Chiang Mai, Hanoi, Hong Kong, Phnom Penh and Medan, further strengthening global connectivity via Abu Dhabi.

August also marked the arrival of Etihad’s brand-new A321LR aircraft, delivering a premium widebody-style experience on a narrowbody, featuring:

  • Fully flat Business Class seats
  • Enhanced onboard service and comfort
  • State-of-the-art cabins for short- and medium-haul routes

Dublin – Abu Dhabi Services
Etihad Airways currently operates daily services from Dublin to Abu Dhabi, offering seamless onward connections across the Middle East, Asia, Australia and beyond.
From April 2026, Etihad will introduce double daily flights, significantly increasing capacity, flexibility and choice for Irish travellers and the trade.

This expansion further reinforces Etihad’s commitment to the Irish market while opening up even greater global connectivity through its Abu Dhabi hub.
