Aer Lingus ranked No.4 in the Ireland Reputation Index 2025 – a study of the most highly regarded organisations in Ireland

#Traveltradetogether

Aer Lingus moved up 10 places in the last year to rank 4th out of 100 organisations surveyed.

Aer Lingus is today celebrating achieving 4th place in the Ireland Reputation Index 2025* study of the 100 largest, most familiar and most important organisations in the country. This represents Aer Lingus’ highest ever ranking in the annual study, moving from 14th in 2024 to take the 4th place spot in 2025.

Based on the perceptions of 5,000 members of the public in Ireland, the Ireland Reputation Index 2025 measures the level of trust, respect, admiration and esteem the public has for 100 of the largest, most familiar, and most important organisations in Ireland, along with 100 other reputation, brand, purpose and ESG indicators.  The independent study was carried out by The Reputations Agency and measures perceptions of organisations across 16 different sectors including travel, retail, financial services and more.

Lynne Embleton, Chief Executive, Aer Lingus, said, “Aer Lingus is a strong Irish brand with a long heritage of hospitality.  We are very proud of our role in welcoming the world to Ireland, and in bringing Ireland to the rest of the world.  Aer Lingus is deeply committed to our customers, and we know that our people go above and beyond to ensure that our customers feel welcomed and valued. We are delighted to see this commitment reflected back in this year’s survey.”
