Turkish Airlines Updated Policy

The safety of Turkish Airlines’ valued passengers in all their service processes is their number one priority. They are closely following up on situations arising from the coronavirus, and the latest developments. To help restrict the spread of the virus, adjustments have been made for Turkish Airlines flights. In this context, the rights and privileges given to passengers are also updated for cancelled and non-cancelled flight tickets.


Flight cancellations due to coronavirus and associated travel restrictions

Mainland China, Iran, Iraq, Italy, South Korea and Nakhichevan Flights: all flights for these destinations have been cancelled until April 1, 2020.


You can obtain the most up-to-date information regarding your flights from Turkish Airlines flight status page using your flight number or route. Flight cancellations, non-cancellations due to coronavirus, and associated travel restrictions and privileges.
