Turkish Airlines - Daily flights till Sun to bring Irish home following flight cancellations

Due to the current situation regarding COVID-19 the flights to/from the Dublin have been cancelled with immediate effect. There is a daily flight until 22 March to bring Irish home (TK1975). Turkish Airlines passengers can be booked on the flights from Turkey to Ireland only (not on the return flight). Contact TA by e-mail ie-sale@thy.comor the Turkish Airlines reps in Ireland. Insert “INVOL REISS/REF COVID-19” in the endorsement field.

 

As of Thursday, 19 March, Turkish Government has updated its policy on transit passengers. Please take the below into consideration for any passengers affected.

 

1. Nationals of Austria, Belgium, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Korea Rep., Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Ireland, Switzerland, UK and Egypt are not allowed to enter Turkey.

2. Passengers who have transited through or have been in any of the countries listed above in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Turkey.

3. Passengers departing from any of the aforementioned countries in the past 14 days are not allowed to transit or enter Turkey.

 

This does not apply to nationals of Turkey and residents of Turkey. For passengers affected by the above changes up to the 22nd of March these passengers’ tickets for reissues or for refund will be made considered as involuntary. Please remark “INVOL REISS/REF COVID-19” in the endorsement field.
