ATTS Announces Martin Hannigan as Business Development Manager

ATTS Announces Martin Hannigan as Business Development Manager - Martin joins ATTS from American Holidays where he spent 25 years as Air Product Manager. Martin has extensive travel experience having previously held senior management positions with airline, travel agent and tour operators in Ireland.

“We are excited to have Martin join the ATTS Team, he brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of the travel industry which further enhances the already capable, energetic ATTS Team in the Irish market,” said Catherine Grennell-Whyte.

Ethiopian Airlines Announce Changes to Irish Operation - the airline advises a new structure for the airline within the Irish & UK markets. Joining the Irish team is Dagmawi Dechasa Kefene, Ethiopian’s new Traffic and Sales Manager for Ireland. Dagmari joins the Irish team from a similar post held in Zambia and will be reporting to the Mr Michael Yohannes (Country Director UK & Ireland). Michael is a familiar face to many in the Irish travel industry and will be remembered for bringing Ethiopian Airlines and the Dreamliner to Ireland in May 2015.

 

 

"I am delighted to join the Irish team and looking forward to getting to know the people, the culture while also continuing to grow the Ethiopian brand throughout Ireland,” said Dagmawi.

 

 

Intrepid Appoints Joanna Reeve as Head of Industry & Tailor-made Sales for EMEA - Based in the UK, Reeve has worked at Intrepid for nearly 8 years as Tailor-Made Manager for EMEA and most recently as interim Head of Industry EMEA. Reeve will lead industry and tailormade sales and will be integral to driving new sales strategies post-Covid-19. She replaces Andrew Turner who left earlier this year.

 

 

Intrepid is a vertically integrated business that includes 25 destination management companies, 3 tour operator brands and a not-for-profit, The Intrepid Foundation.

 

 

MD Zina Bencheikh said: “I’m delighted that Joanna will be leading the Industry and Tailormade Sales team in Europe. She brings valuable experience, knowledge and insight to the role, and a new approach to leadership and development. She is a great asset to the team, and has been integral in working with our industry partners navigating though the Covid-19 crisis. I am confident Jo will play a key part in supporting the company’s ‘Growing with Purpose’ plan”.
