Donal Healy (Ireland West Airport) welcomes new Ryanair service to Bristol.

Ryanair, Ireland’s No.1 airline, celebrated the launch of its Ireland West Airport Knock Bristol route, which is now running as a year-round service, operating 3 times weekly for both Summer and Winter 2018.

Ryanair’s Ireland West Airport Knock Summer 2018 schedule will deliver:

  • 1 new route to Girona (from June, 2 weekly)
  • 12 routes in total including Alicante, Faro, Malaga and Tenerife
  • 46 weekly flights
  • 585,000 customers p.a.

Irish consumers and visitors can book their holidays on even lower fares, and enjoy the 2018 ‘Always Getting Better’ improvements including:

  • Reduced checked-in bag fees – lower €25 fee, bigger 20kg bag allowance
  • Connecting flights at Rome, Milan & Porto with more airports to follow

Ireland West Airport are delighted with the news that our popular Bristol service will operate all year round from this October. Our Bristol service has been operating for 8 years now and provides excellent connectivity to and from the beautiful South West Coast of England.

 

Furthermore this will be a significant boost for tourism in the West of Ireland delivering increased visitor numbers direct to the West and North West regions over the winter period and we encourage tourism providers in the region to get behind this service to ensure it’s a success.
