Celebrity Cruises sets sail for nationwide sales and training blitz for Irish agents.
9th September 2017 - 11:20am
This month the Celebrity Cruises sales team will be undertaking a nationwide sales and training initiative to educate and engage agents. The intensive series of events will see 10 members of the Celebrity Cruises team visit a mammoth 200 agents across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. The sales and training tour is ahead of Celebrity Cruises becoming the first major cruise line in the world to homeport a ship in Dublin next year when Celebrity Eclipse offers a new mini season.
Agents will have the chance to meet the team and learn more about Celebrity Eclipse and the itineraries sailing from Dublin between April and June 2018. Plus agents will also be able to take advantage of a host of incentives and offers.
Highlights from the tour include:
Competition for agents to win a place onboard Celebrity Silhouette for a two-night cruise to Paris in April 2018 when making a booking between 5th September 2017 and 30th September 2017 for any of the Celebrity Eclipse sailings departing April to June 2018.
Social media competition to win up to 10,000 Celebrity Rewards points when you post a picture by 8th September 2017.
Wide range of collateral designed to support agents including new sales guides, pricing guides, and in-store marketing material featuring posters and flyers.
Nicola McNeish (Head of sales UK & Ireland Celebrity Cruises) commented: “2018 promises to be a hugely exciting year not just for Celebrity Cruises and our trade partners but also the cruise industry in Ireland. We want to ensure agents are equipped with the knowledge and insight they need to make the most of this fantastic sales opportunity. We have made significant investments in training, collateral and a host of incentives to ensure that our agent partners are as excited as we are and we are looking forward to meeting as many as possible throughout Ireland over the week.”
