British Airways Update

British Airways has endeavoured to support their Trade Customers throughout this Pandemic.

Refunds: Our Standard Customer Guidelines allowed refunds on cancelled flights as soon as they began cancelling and this offered the agent the ability to refund through their own BSP and receive the funds back in their accounts straight away.

This has continued throughout this pandemic and will continue.

Policies: We introduced our Book with Confidence Policy to offer flexible conditions for new bookings.

We followed up with our Book with Confidence for existing bookings, Groups Policy & Corporate Name update.
