Artificial Intelligence at Air Canada

2019 was a pivotal year for Air Canada’s goal to become a leader in Artificial Intelligence in the aviation sector.  The airline set up its AI Centre of Excellence and several AI labs across the company, notably in Cargo and Revenue Management. Over the course of the next year, Air Canada will expand its AI capabilities to other areas within the company, such as Crew Planning and Maintenance, with work already underway in those two departments. It’s all part of the company’s goals to increase efficiencies, reach their environmental targets and make working with and flying with Air Canada even easier for their customers.  For more information watch this video:
