World Travel Centre Fareteam Golf Classic 2024

#Travelbizconnect #Travelbizhub #Fareteam #WTC World Travel Centre

Peter O’Hanlon (Travelbiz & Travelfinders Sales Director) Teed it up from the beautiful Killeen Golf club in county Kildare.

Aidan Coughlan (MD WTC) brought together teams from the North and South of the border for round two of the WTC Fareteam Challenge Trophy.

On a beautiful day in Killeen Castle Golf Club, Team Northern Ireland came out on top winning the Fareteam Trophy by 113 points to 111. The winning team included Damian Murphy, Terry Murphy, Stephen Aston and Gary Warnock. Martin Dempsey from Dempsey Travel won the singles with 33 hard fought points, pipping Damian Murphy with 32 and Dave O’Hagan who also posted 32 points.

It was another wonderful day and evening following last year’s inaugural event which team South won by a very narrow margin. So now we are honours even as we look forward to 2025.

Professional golfer and Fareteam ambassador Olivia Mehaffey joined each group to offer advice and tips throughout the day and also presented the winners prizes.

A huge Travelbiz and trade partners shout of thanks to our WTC hosts Aidan Coghlan, Collette Brennan and Dave Conlon for once again hosting this great Fareteam North versus South annual event.
