WonderMiles connects to SabreMosaic™ Travel Marketplace, unlocking the world’s largest live NDC portfolio and deploying Sabre’s Lodging AI to boost hotel conversion and in-channel bookings

The integration combines Sabre’s unified AI-powered retailing platform with WonderMiles’ established agency network, enhancing operational speed and efficiency while expanding choice, flexibility and servicing options for the agencies and travellers it supports.

Sabre Corporation (NASDAQ: SABR), a leading software and technology provider that powers the global travel industry, today announced that WonderMiles, a Sabre Developer Partner, has connected to the SabreMosaic™ Travel Marketplace. This connection enables WonderMiles’ agencies to access the world’s largest live NDC portfolio alongside traditional content, more than 150 low-cost carriers, two million lodging options, and leading rail and car providers within a single cloud‑native workflow. As part of the agreement, WonderMiles will also implement Sabre Lodging AI, an AI‑powered solution designed to help agencies increase hotel attachment and keep more bookings in‑channel.

Through SabreMosaic Travel Marketplace, WonderMiles can access a unified experience that streamlines operations, reduces the complexity of fragmented systems and accelerates the introduction of new content. Agencies gain the ability to search, book and service multiple content sources in one place, with embedded AI — including Lodging AI — that improves the speed and relevance of results, recommends alternatives when preferred hotels are unavailable, and suggests accommodation when flights are booked without a hotel. The API‑led architecture is designed for reliability, scalability and rapid onboarding, enabling travel management companies to increase conversion and operate with greater efficiency while travellers benefit from a seamless and personalised experience.

SabreMosaic Travel Marketplace addresses one of the most persistent challenges in the industry, which is the operational inefficiency caused by using multiple booking systems. Research from Sabre indicates that more than 90% of agencies operate with four or more systems, which increases costs and reduces productivity. SabreMosaic Travel Marketplace consolidates content into a single point of access so that agencies can focus on delivering value to their customers rather than managing disparate platforms.

“SabreMosaic Travel Marketplace is transforming how agencies access and manage content with a cloud-native, API-led architecture and embedded AI that make retailing faster, more reliable and more relevant,” said said Ian Molanphy, Head of Strategic Partnerships Sales EMEA at Sabre. “WonderMiles has built a modern, agile platform that is perfectly positioned to take advantage of these capabilities. Together we can deliver greater choice, efficiency and innovation to their agencies and the travellers they serve.”

The collaboration builds on WonderMiles’ expansion across Europe and the Middle East, where it supports more than 2,000 travel management companies in markets including France, Italy, Benelux and Saudi Arabia. By connecting its multi-content platform to SabreMosaic, those agencies gain broader content access, enhanced automation — and significantly faster, more consistent servicing –  from booking changes and cancellations to disruption management – all within a single workflow. This unified environment enables agents to action requests across air, lodging and car content without switching systems, reducing handling time, improving accuracy and delivering a smoother experience for travellers.

“100% productivity is probably just the beginning of what we are witnessing,” said Maciej Stasierski, Chief Operations Officer & Co-Founder of WonderMiles. “The efficiency gains are so deep that we are still grasping the full potential. Put simply, a TMC can deliver twice as many transactions with the same staff, while clients can book, change, and cancel in half the time. Speed is our credo. When costs and budgets are constrained, time becomes the ultimate lever to sustain or grow performance for our TMC partners and, by extension, their clients.”

By combining this reach with SabreMosaic’s scale, breadth of content and AI‑driven retailing capabilities, the two companies are positioned to help agencies reduce technology fragmentation, improve conversion rates and deliver a more consistent experience for business travellers worldwide.
