VIVA Cruises appoints Stephen Sands as Consultant to accelerate growth in Ireland

European river cruise specialist, VIVA Cruises, has announced the appointment of Stephen Sands as Consultant, reinforcing the company’s ongoing commitment to the Irish market and its valued trade partners across the UK and Ireland.
