Travelbiz tee it up at the K Club with Sun Express

Marian Benton (Travelbiz) makes the cut!

Michael Schober (Senior Manager Direct Sales Sun Express) and Jens Bachman (Aviareps Manager Ireland) hosted trade guests and yours truly from Travelbiz to a great afternoon on the Ryder Cup Course at the K Club. The glorious sunshine showed off this wonderful course at its very best.    Whilst our Rory was doing spectacular things at the ‘other’ Open we didn’t quite manage to play to the same standard. Sadly, none of us managed to emulate Rory’s 5 wood 256 yards to the par 5 18th green for an eagle as commemorated by a plaque on the course. We had the added bonus of a display of falcons and other birds on the 9th. For some of us who shall be nameless that was a welcome distraction from our golf where there were no birdies whatsoever!

For Michael Schober this was a first encounter on an Irish golf course and certainly won’t be his last.  Thank you, Michael and Jens, for a fantastic afternoon.
