Travel Ledger Integrates with Revolut to enhance TL Pay b2B Payment Solutions

#Traveltradetogether

Travel Ledger, the leading platform for automating accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes for travel companies worldwide, has released a new integration with Revolut, Europe’s fastest-growing bank.

This integration brings together Travel Ledger’s industry-specific B2B billing and settlement capabilities with Revolut Business accounts, enabling travel businesses to seamlessly use Revolut’s extensive banking services to automatically settle B2B payments with partners directly through the Travel Ledger platform.

The travel industry faces unique challenges with payments due to the high volume of transactions and the number of parties involved in each booking. Inefficient payment processes can result in long settlement periods, reconciliation issues, and limited visibility into cash flow.

With this API integration, Travel Ledger customers can now use their Revolut Business accounts to perform all their essential business banking activities—including collecting payments from customers, accessing merchant services, and conducting foreign exchange at competitive rates— while settling with suppliers via Travel Ledger. This eliminates the need to fund and monitor separate accounts, simplifying workflows for travel companies.

Key Benefits of the Integration:

  • Centralized Banking: Customers can manage all their financial activities from a single Revolut Business account while leveraging Travel Ledger’s automation for seamless settlements.
  • Flexible Transactions: Users can configure multiple Revolut accounts to transact with any buyers or sellers, even if those parties don’t use Revolut, as long as they have a TL Pay- compatible banking solution.
  • Enhanced Accessibility: Travel companies across the UK and Europe can connect their existing Revolut Business accounts or easily open a new one directly from the Travel Ledger platform.

This API integration is particularly beneficial for SMEs, offering a powerful solution to centralize their banking and payment automation needs in one platform.

Revolut is widely regarded as a leading innovator in financial technology and has a strong commitment to serving the travel industry. Through its growing involvement in the sector, Revolut continues to expand its offerings to meet the specific needs of travel companies, ensuring access to modern and adaptable banking services.

Roberto Da Re, CEO of Travel Ledger, commented:

“We are excited to offer this integration to our customers. We’ve listened to requests from SMEs seeking a banking solution that consolidates their financial needs while still benefiting from the automation that Travel Ledger provides. This is a significant step toward our vision of making Travel Ledger an integral tool within the business banking ecosystem of the travel industry.”

This innovation marks another step forward in Travel Ledger’s mission to revolutionize financial management in the travel sector. By streamlining workflows, reducing manual effort, and delivering greater flexibility, Travel Ledger continues to create value for its users and transform how the industry manages B2B payments.
