The Spanish Tourism Office and Saborea España Return to Taste of Dublin 2025 with ‘Tasting Spain’

The Spanish Tourism Office and Saborea España were proud to announce their partnership once again for Taste of Dublin 2025, presenting Tasting Spain a standout culinary showcase at the festival.

Dublin’s premier gastronomic event returned to the historic Merrion Square from Thursday, 12th June, to Sunday, 15th June, attracting over 34,000 visitors for a celebration of world-class food and culture.

Tasting Spain offers a unique gastronomic journey, inviting attendees to sample an exquisite selection of Spanish wines, olive oils, cheeses, and premium tapas. The stand highlights diverse Spanish regions through live masterclasses and wine tastings led by renowned chefs and experts.

This year, visitors can explore the rich culinary and tourism offerings of  LanzaroteGran Canaria, Zaragoza, and Cambrils, gaining inspiration for their next Spanish getaway.

A Culinary Collaboration: Tasting Spain Chef’s & La Ribera

In an exciting revival, La Ribera, a leading Spanish catering company helmed by Dublin-based chef Jorge Hernández, collaborated with guest chefs to present a pop-up restaurant at Tasting Spain. Each session featured signature dishes inspired by the partner destinations, alongside beloved traditional tapas. Check the delicious menu here.

Exclusive VIP Experience

VIP ticket holders enjoyed curated tastings in the Häagen-Daz VIP Suite, featuring premium Spanish wines and regional delicacies. This year’s highlight included D.O. Rías Baixas, showcasing Galicia’s world-famous Albariño wines, and the presence of Las Cuatro TTTT introducing in Ireland its Vintage Wine for Millennials.

Celebrating World Tapas Day – Friday, 13th June

Marking World Tapas Day, an exclusive presentation for all festival visitors took place at the SuperValu´s Real Food Kitchen, where award-winning Spanish chefs demonstrated their signature tapas in a culinary tour across Spain.
