Spring Hotels launch ‘Friends of Spring’ certificate unlocking exclusive benefits and priority news for agents

Spring Hotels, Tenerife’s premier hotel group, has launched a new ‘expert’ agent certificate as part of a series of enhancements to their digital training tools and educational assets for trade partners. Attainable by registering on the ‘Friends of Spring’ platform and completing an online course about the properties within the Spring portfolio, the accreditation will give agents exclusive access to special offers and news before everyone else.

Access to the official training course is open to all agents working with Spring Hotels Group, but only available to those who create an account on the ‘Friends of Spring’ platform. It is quick, practical, and designed to give trade partners in-depth knowledge of everything Spring has to offer their clients. Upon completion of a short online quiz that requires an 80% passing grade, each participant will receive an official certificate that recognises them as an expert in the Spring brand. Agents who already had a ‘Friends of Spring’ account and undertook the training will automatically receive their certificate by email.

Following the initial introductory phase, over the coming months certified ‘Friends of Spring’ will enjoy exclusive content and special offers created to support their work as a travel professional. These exclusive offers will be rolled out in the near future and are designed to give ‘added value’ for the guests.

The introduction of the new expert certification is part of a series of enhancements and new assets introduced to both the Friends of Spring and SpringPro platforms. As well as the initial sign-up quiz, there are three additional e-learning courses about the original Spring properties available. Dedicated materials for the new Mare Nostrum acquisitions will be added in the near future.

While ‘Friends of Spring’ hosts all information, imagery and training tools to educate agents on the hotel group’s products and services, the SpringPro portal allows agents to check room availability directly and speedily online, get support from Spring Hotels’ ABTA-accredited team, attain free transfers on bookings of seven nights or more, and receive a 15% commission all bookings.

Noéline Lagache, Agency Support at Spring Hotels, says, “The ‘Friends of Spring’ certificate is our way to get more agents engaging with our training platform and ensuring they have the best education possible on our products. It’s full of useful information, and we also want to reward those who take the time to learn more about the Spring brand – as ultimately this will benefit both parties.

“This is only the first step and we are excited about adding further elements and exclusive benefits to the Friends of Spring portal in the future, that will enable agents to not only offer reliable, updated products and excellent service, but also give their customers exclusive benefits for booking through them.”
