Sean Power (MD Harvey Travel Waterford) Outstanding contribution to the travel industry Award at the Travel Centres 18th Annual Conference

#Traveltradetogether

Reflecting on last weekend’s Travel Centres conference I had the great honour and privilege to join Sean Power, Ian Manto (General Manger Harvey Travel) and the entire Harvey Travel team from my home city of Waterford as a guest to celebrate Sean Power’s 60 Years service in our much-loved Industry.

Dominic Burke (MD Travel Centres) began his career in the Industry in Harvey Travel where Sean was his first boss, role model and inspiration to work and build his own business and establish the largest retail travel Consortium in Ireland. How fitting it was that Dominic spoke so passionately about his time with Harvey Travel and admiration of his first boss in the industry presenting him with The Travel Centres Outstanding Contribution to the Travel Industry

On a personal note, I have known Sean for as long as I have lived and worked in Waterford and can testify to the high regard and respect Sean has in both business and GAA circles in the city and County. Throughout my many roles in the Industry Sean will always take time out to greet and genuinely ask how one is doing on a personal and business level. His work ethic and dedication are unrivalled and that ethos is there for all Harvey Travel Customers and Trade partners to See with the entire Harvey Travel team.

On behalf of all the Travelbiz Team I would like to pass on our congratulations to Sean and here is to another 60 years.
