Royal Caribbean host successful training sessions

This week Royal Caribbean had full houses at each of their in-person travel agent training sessions in Belfast, Dublin and Cork.

Hosting the training was Kristi Reeser, a new appointment to Team Royal in the form of Training Manager for UK & Ireland. Some of you may have been lucky enough to meet Kristi in person over the last few weeks or you may recognize her as the host of recent online webinars, training sessions and Café Royals.

These sessions were a great opportunity for those who are new-to-cruise to sink their teeth in and get up to speed on the world of Royal Caribbean, as well as acting as a great refresher for anyone who is dusting off their skills. The enthusiasm, interaction and the response from the attendees (over 90 agents in total) was incredibly positive, proving a fantastic first-round of training sessions for Kristi with Team Ireland.
