Riviera Travel Unveils New Irish Website with Enhanced Booking Experience

#Traveltradetogether

DUBLIN, Riviera Travel, the leading tour and cruise operator, is excited to announce the launch of its newly redesigned Irish website, offering a smoother, faster and more user-friendly experience for both travel trade partners and consumers directly.

With a fresh, modern look and an upgraded mobile experience, the new site has been built with customers and agents in mind, making it easier than ever to browse the breadth of Riviera Travel’s products and book unforgettable holidays.

Among the key improvements:

  • Faster navigation and improved performanceacross devices, particularly mobile
  • All-in-one holiday view, so users can now access hotel, ship and itinerary details from a single page (no need to jump between tabs)
  • Streamlined booking journey, designed to save time and reduce clicks to create a simple booking mechanism
  • An enhanced ‘My Account’ area, allowing agents and customers to manage bookings, update passenger information, and access upcoming and past holidays with ease

In addition, agents will now be able to book directly and send invoices through the updated platform which will significantly help enhance back office admin. To support the transition, Riviera Travel has created a video, available via Riviera Explorer, email and Facebook to help trade partners familiarise themselves with the new system.

“We’re delighted to offer a significantly improved digital experience to our Irish partners and customers,” said Vicky Billing, Director of Trade and Partnerships. “This new website is more than just a makeover, it’s about giving users the tools they need to book with confidence and ease, whether they’re at their desk or on the move. As ever we’re trying to make life easy for our all important agents and we hope this is just one in a number of steps you’ll see over the coming months.”

Agents experiencing any issues accessing their accounts or the new site are encouraged to contact the Riviera Travel team on 01 905 6300 or via info@rivieratravel.ie.
