Riviera Travel Launch Irish Incentive

Riviera Travel is thrilled to announce the launch of The Riviera Vault in Ireland, an exciting new incentive programme designed exclusively for valued travel agent partners. Running from 1st September to 6th October 2025 to co-incide with mini-peaks, this initiative offers agents instant access to a wide range of rewards the moment they make a booking via Riviera Explorer, its dedicated trade booking and resource platform.

Irish agents who book any Riviera Travel product and are registered on Riviera Explorer will be able to unlock The Vault and reveal prizes including All-In-One vouchers, redeemable at popular retailers such as Tesco, Ticketmaster, and H&M as well as several Fam trip spaces on a dedicated Ireland trip, and the ultimate grand prize: an all-inclusive holiday for two aboard Riviera’s brand-new river ship, Resplendence, launching in 2026.

Carrie Day, Country Manager for Ireland, commented: “This is a first for the river cruise and touring sector, and it’s going to set us apart. Innovation through technology is vital to our success. Everything we do is designed with the trade in mind, to make working with us seamless, rewarding, and exciting. We want to engage and reward our brilliant trade partners, but above all, we want to make it easy, because we know just how precious their time is.”

The Ireland launch follows the resounding success of The Vault campaign in the UK earlier this summer, which ran from 7 July to 10 August. The Vault is now being relaunched in the UK alongside the Ireland campaign, offering even more chances to win during the Mini Peaks period.

Taking part is simple: Agents just need to book any Riviera Travel product, log in to Riviera Explorer, and unlock The Vault. With instant rewards and access to Riviera Explorer’s marketing materials, training resources, and essential tools, The Vault completes the ultimate trade partner hub.

Travel agents across Ireland are encouraged to register on Riviera Explorer and start unlocking rewards with every Riviera Travel booking from 1st September.

With instant rewards and unforgettable experiences on offer, The Vault continues to elevate Riviera Travel’s support for the trade, reinforcing its position as a dynamic and rewarding partner in the travel industry.
