Travelbiz River Cruising Trade Executive Ita Hendrick was delighted to join Matt Luscombe, Vicky Billing and Carrie Day, along with the magical team from Riviera Travel , in London to celebrate the excellence of Irish trade partners. For the first time, Irish agents featured in the awards, with fantastic success on the night. Congratulations to Caroline O’Toole (JWT Cruise, Galway), Dawn Conway & Sharon Harney (Cassidy Travel) and Ciara Foley (Best4Travel) on their amazing wins.

The travel industry came together in London for the Riv Awards 2026, hosted by Riviera Travel at the prestigious Hotel Café Royal, recognising the outstanding contribution of agents and partners across the UK and Ireland.

The annual awards celebrate excellence across the trade, highlighting top-performing agents, strong commercial partnerships, and consistent growth throughout the year.

The Riv Awards have become a key date in the trade calendar, bringing together leading agents and industry professionals to acknowledge the vital role the distribution network plays in driving success across the sector.

This year’s event marked a significant milestone, with the awards expanding to formally include Irish agents for the first time, reflecting the continued growth, influence, and importance of the Irish travel trade within the wider UK & Ireland market.

The event showcased the exceptional standards, dedication, and professionalism across the agent community, while also strengthening relationships between Riviera Travel and its valued trade partners.

The Riv Awards 2026 once again highlighted the strength and resilience of the travel trade, with collaboration and performance at the heart of the celebrations.
