Rediscover with CLIA in Dublin

#Traveltradetogether

Highlights

Over 30 million cruisers expected in 2023! River Cruising is the fastest growing segment! 16 New Cruise Ships launched in 2022! 12 new River Cruising Ships launched in 2022! Most popular cruise itineraries from Ireland and the UK are the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, Caribbean and the Canary Islands.

CLIA concluded their Ireland and UK Summer regional ‘Rediscover’ events for the travel agent community in Dublin’s Clontarf Castle. The one-day session focused on updating and refreshing trade partners’ ocean and river cruise knowledge, as well as providing product updates and industry insights. There was a good trade presence despite the inclement weather, surely this is great encouragement to get your clients to book a cruise with one of the CLIA stakeholders today!

Cruise Partners attending today include:

A-Rosa, Croisieurope, MSC Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, Royal Caribbean international, Swan Hellenic, Uniworld Voyages, Celebrity Cruises and Princess Cruises.

Andy Harmer (Managing Director CLIA UK & Ireland) said: “With the domestic cruise season under way, and travel continuing to open up, now is the ideal time for agents to reconnect at a ‘Rediscover’ session. They can build on their existing expertise, as well as pick up the latest news and insight from our sponsors, so they are well ahead of the game when it comes to selling cruise”.
