Over 100 Exhibitors Mark a Decade of Ireland’s Largest Travel Trade Shows

The Official Irish Travel Trade Shows will take place on Wednesday, 22nd April at The Metropole Hotel, Cork, and on Thursday, 23rd April at The InterContinental Hotel, Ballsbridge, Dublin.

Now in its tenth year, theses flagship events organised on behalf of the Irish Travel Agents Association (ITAA) will welcome over 100 leading global travel brands. The shows provide a valuable opportunity for licensed and bonded travel agents, tour operators, and travel media to network, build relationships, and explore new business opportunities.

Attendees will have the chance to connect with a diverse range of exhibitors, including airlines, cruise operators, national and regional tourism organisations, car hire companies, theme and leisure parks, international hotel groups, technology operators, financial services companies and travel insurance providers.

Both events will conclude with a networking reception at 7:30pm, offering further opportunities for industry engagement.

The Irish Travel Trade Show Dublin is supported by Dublin Airport.

The Irish Travel Trade Show Cork, including its networking reception, is supported by the Spanish Tourism Office.

Clare Dunne, CEO of the ITAA, commented “For the past decade, the Irish Travel Trade Shows have demonstrated their value to the industry. They provide a vital space for agents and tour operators to strengthen relationships with suppliers and create new connections. We look forward to these events each year with pride and enthusiasm, recognising the opportunities they bring to everyone in the trade.”

She added, “Don’t miss your chance to meet suppliers face-to-face, discover new partners to grow your business and win lots of prizes – including places at the 2026 ITAA Conference in Costa Daurada! Email maria@bizex.ie today to receive your dedicated registration link. Please note that there is no onsite registration – all attendees must pre-register in advance.”

ITAA Trade Show 2025

Maria Hourican, CEO of Business Exhibitions and organiser of the Irish Travel Trade Shows, said, “This year, we are pleased to welcome 35 new suppliers in Dublin and 23 in Cork, creating even more opportunities for business growth.”

The ITAA will host complimentary training sessions exclusively for ITAA members ahead of both the Cork and Dublin trade shows. These sessions will take place from 1.45pm to 5pm each day, and will include two focused training modules along with a tea and coffee break.

The first session, “Closing the Sale – Human Behaviour That Blocks the Booking,” will explore the psychology behind hesitation when asking for the sale. Attendees will gain practical techniques to overcome these barriers and develop the confidence to close more bookings effectively.

The second session, “Mobile Video Content Creation for Travel Agents,” is a hands-on workshop designed to help agents create engaging, scroll-stopping travel content using their smartphones. Participants will learn how to maximise opportunities from Fam Trips by producing personalised marketing content tailored to their own agency.

As part of the session, attendees will also create a short video during the trade show, ready for immediate upload to their social media channels. ITAA members can register for this complimentary training by emailing info@itaa.ie.

The Irish Travel Trade Shows are organised by Business Exhibitions Ltd. on behalf of the ITAA. For more information, visit www.irishtraveltradeshow.com.
