Our People. Our Pride. This is Cleveland Celebrating the differences that bring us together

##thisisCLE #Traveltradetogether

Nothing about Cleveland is cookie cutter. In fact, one of our most fundamental characteristics as a city is that we’re made up of more than 100 ethnicities.

From the treelined sidewalks of the city’s historic neighbourhoods to infusing our own piquant flavours into the menus of our culinary scene, so much of what is known as “uniquely Cleveland” can be traced back to the hardworking immigrants and Americans who came to Cleveland seeking a better life.

Our city owes so much to our Black history and the contributions of those Black leaders and innovators who changed the very fabric of our nation. Our LGBTQ+ community infuses pride, acceptance and progressive thinking into our city. While our international community — brimming from La Villa Hispana and Little Arabia on the west side, to Little Italy and AsiaTown in the east — reminds us every day that Cleveland truly is a rich tapestry of culture.

Throughout June, we’re excited to spotlight Cleveland LGBTQ+ community in commemoration of Pride Month, from our citywide celebration Pride in the CLE, to LGBTQ+-owned business and everything in between. Welcome to The Land of Come As You Are.
