New app launches for the Irish Travel Trade Shows

Register now to meet over 100 exhibitors at Ireland’s largest Travel Trade Shows in Cork and Dublin.

The Official Irish Travel Trade Shows take place this coming Wednesday 17th April in the Imperial Hotel Cork and on Thursday 18th April in the InterContinental Dublin. Registration to attend is FREE and open to all licensed travel agents, tour operators and their staff. A new app created for the Shows will allow attendees to effectively use their time at the Irish Travel Trade Shows to meet and develop business relationships with new suppliers.

President of the Irish Travel Agents Association, Angela Walsh commented, “All licensed travel agents and tour operators, their staff and media are advised to register for this our eighth official trade show before attending. With over 100 exhibitors and an after show networking event both evenings, the Irish Travel Trade Shows offer the travel trade two exciting days filled with all things travel.”

Clare Dunne, CEO of the ITAA commented, “Register now to attend the Irish Travel Trade Show. Don’t leave it too late and miss the opportunity to meet with suppliers face to face and better your business by finding out more about new suppliers.”

Maria Hourican, CEO of Business Exhibitions and Organiser of the Irish Travel Trade Shows, said, “We are very excited about our new Trade Show app as it ensures attendees will meet with who they want to meet with. This expands the opportunity to meet face to face with their suppliers as well as the chance to better your business by finding out more about new suppliers.”

The Irish Travel Trade Shows encourage in person networking between travel agents, tour operators and travel brands helping to maintain and build upon professional relationships within the trade. Exhibitors include airlines, National and Regional Tourist Organisations, Bedbanks, Car Hire and Rail companies, Ocean and River Cruise companies, Technology companies, Theme and Leisure Parks, Ferry companies, International Hotels and Travel Insurance companies.

Each trade show is open to visitors from 5pm to 7.30pm and all staff from licensed Tour Operators or Travel Agents are invited to attend the After Show Networking Event. The Irish Travel Trade Show Dublin’s After Show Networking Event is in partnership with Delta Air Lines, Air France-KLM and Great Lakes USA. Delta is celebrating the launch of their new route from Dublin to Minneapolis-Saint Paul this Spring. The Irish Travel Trade Show Cork’s After Show Networking Event is in partnership with Shannon Airport. Registration for the Cork show is sponsored by Cork Airport with the Dublin show registration sponsored by Dublin Airport.
