Magic Vacations wins Top Travel Agency Republic of Ireland at the TTG Travel Awards Thursday 23rd April 2026

At a packed travel event in Manchester last night, celebrating the 10^th TTG Top 50 Travel Awards, Magic Vacations owner John Barrett ecstatically picked up the Award for Best Travel Agency Republic of Ireland.

Based in Kinsale Co Cork, and with a national presence particularly in the theme park holiday sector, Magic Vacations is one of the continuing and growing success stories in the Irish travel trade, headed up by John and Maria Barrett.

These Awards are very prestigious, celebrating the best travel agencies in Ireland and the UK, and the awards themselves are determined by a judging panel taking into account top-tier customer service, innovation and best business practise, and all award entries must be accompanied by a signed testimonial.   Technology, marketing and sustainability are all taken into account.

As part of the assessment, all winners, including Magic Vacations receive a Benchmarking Report, measuring their performance against industry standards.

This award, which Magic Vacations also won 3 years ago, is a very important one to win, from an international partner perspective also.
