Live our South Africa arrives in Dublin

South Africa and Travelbiz launch ‘Live our South Africa’ in Dublin.

Travelbiz launched their ‘Live in South Africa’ trade focused initiative with Rachel Lewis (Campaign & Partnership Manager South African Tourism) and partners from Cape Town & the Western Cape, Eastern Cape Tourism, KwaZulu-Natal Tourism, Joburg Places, Leeto and Imonti Tours in Dublin this week. Don Shearer (MD Travelbiz and Travelfinders) and Declan Mescall (Travelbiz Features Editor) welcomed all trade partners and Irish members of the trade highlighting the opportunity to reconnect and share contact details and content to build on the already significant number of bookings that have been made for 2022/23 as reported by our trade partners.

The event took on a new and intimate format reversing the traditional speed dating, moving agents from table to table. Trade partners were encouraged (not needed) to rotate from table to table therefore allowing agents to remain seated to enjoy fine South African wines and food, leading to a far more intimate and interactive evening with our partners from South Africa.

Our big winner on the night was Paula Mullins (Classic Resorts Cassidy Travel). Paula won our big prize with flights to South Africa from Dublin with Turkish Airlines, along with a stay in Capetown and the Western Cape!!!

On behalf of Rachel and all of our partners on the night Travelbiz would like to thank the trade for their support showing up in great numbers.

Watch this space as there will be lots more to come from South Africa with Travelbiz.
