The Terry Fox run Ireland will raise funds for the Irish Cancer Society and further information and registration is available on HERE.

Air Canada is proud to be supporting the 5km Terry Fox Run Ireland on Saturday 17th September in Herbert Park Dublin and to help encourage people to take part, every entry into the run will be entered into a draw to win a pair of Air Canada tickets to Canada.  The 5km route can be run or walked and is non-competitive. Think of a family fun run.  Terry Fox was a young Canadian man who in 1980, following a leg amputation for bone cancer decided to run a Marathon of Hope across Canada to raise funds for Cancer research. Although he didn’t quite reach his journey’s end due to his cancer returning, he did succeed in inspiring decades of fundraising for Cancer research in Canada and across the world with annual Terry Fox runs. The Terry Fox run Ireland will raise funds for the Irish Cancer Society and further information and registration is available HERE.

You can even do your own local run if you can’t make it to Dublin and if you can’t do it at all and you want to show your support you can also sponsor Blaithin O’Donnell Air Canada’s Sales Manager Ireland who will be walking the route on 17th September HERE.
