Reports to: Contact Centre Manager

Location: Company HQ. Full-time role. Ad-hoc Hybrid/WFH days on request

Click&Go Holidays is a multi-award-winning online travel company based in Dublin city Centre. We provide consumers with an easy-to-use platform to design their own holiday by matching flights with great value accommodation across Europe and Worldwide.

Our contact Centre is available 362 days a year for sales and customer service.

We are also the official holiday providers for Aer Lingus under the brand Holidays with Aer Lingus and Shannon Airport under the brand FlyShannon.

The Role

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of travel sales consultants to achieve individual and team KPIs.
  • Implement and drive a structured sales process to maximise performance and conversions.
  • Monitor key sales metrics and provide insights to optimise performance across all sales channels.
  • Conduct regular call reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high-quality customer interactions.
  • Work closely with the Contact Centre Manager and other teams to enhance efficiency, technology, and customer experience.
  • Manage daily operations, including rostering, reporting, and resource planning to meet business needs.
  • Drive a positive, motivated team culture where excellence is recognised and rewarded.

The Person

  • A people-focused leader with a passion for coaching and developing a high-performing sales team.
  • A strong communicator who can motivate, engage, and inspire teams both in-office and remotely.
  • Results-driven, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets through structured processes and performance management.
  • Organised and analytical, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive informed decision-making.
  • Customer-centric, ensuring every interaction delivers a 5-star experience aligned with our brand values.
