Irish Trade partners Visit St. Pete-Clearwater very special evening

Jayne Brooke (Marketing Director UK & Ireland) and Peter Gregory (Training and Events Manager) from Rooster PR, representing Visit St. Pete-Clearwater, Florida hosted an intimate reception and dinner for a small group of travel trade and media, including Declan Mescall (Features Editor Travelbiz), in Bang Restaurant, Dublin.

Jayne and Peter were keen to point out that St.Pete Clearwater, situated along Florida’s Gulf Coast, is where Irish holidaymakers will find Sun, Sea & So Much More. There are 35 miles of white-sand beaches, award-winning restaurants, arts, culture + more. The destination enjoys 361 days of sunshine on average each year. The five top reasons to visit St. Pete-Clearwater are (1) Its sunshine, with 768 days of sun in a row. (2) Its beaches, with 35 miles of white-sand beaches. (3) Its Arts, lovingly dubbed The Arts Coast, is home to world renowned art museums. (4) Dining, its vibrant culinary scene is influenced by rich cultures from around the world. (5) Things to do, the list is endless but includes paddling through warm emerald waters, exploring local breweries, playing at numerous golf courses and visiting the many friendly beach towns.

Jayne and Peter suggest Irish holidaymakers should combine a trip to Orlando with a stay in St Pete-Clearwater, which is only 90 minutes away. 90/95% of visitors who combine both destinations are most likely to come back again.
