Ireland’s Largest Travel Trade Show is Taking Place This Week

The Official Irish Travel Trade Shows are taking place this coming week – Tuesday 1st April in The Metropole Hotel, Cork and on Wednesday 2nd April in The InterContinental Hotel, Ballsbridge, Dublin.

For all licensed and bonded travel agents, tour operators and travel media it is a wonderful opportunity to build relationships, network and create connections with travel brands. The events will host over 120 of the world’s best known brands and will announce a new flight route from Delta Airlines. There will be an after show networking event taking place at 7:30pm each evening for both locations.

Exhibitors will include airlines, national and regional tourist organisations, financial services companies, car hire companies, cruise companies, technology and communications companies, theme and leisure parks, international hotels and travel insurance companies.

Both shows will showcase the incredible work of travel industry professionals across Ireland, including recognition at the Irish Travel Trade Awards. Attendees can also enjoy exciting giveaways, with plenty of prizes on offer, including flights.

During the Dublin show, the new board of the Irish Travel Agent Association will be announced.

The Irish Travel Trade Show Dublin is supported by Dublin Airport with the networking event partnered by Delta Air Lines, Air France, KLM, Visit Detroit and Pure Michigan to launch their exciting new flight from Dublin to Detroit this Spring.

The Irish Travel Trade Show Cork including the networking post event is supported by the Spanish Tourism Office.

Clare Dunne, CEO of the ITAA commented, “For the past nine years, The Irish Travel Trade Shows have proven their importance. Throughout the events, agents and tour operators have the opportunity to build strong connections with suppliers and nurture essential business relationships. At the ITAA, we look forward to these shows with both pride and excitement, knowing the invaluable work they foster and the incredible opportunities they offer to everyone in the trade.

Please note there is no onsite registration, all attendees must pre-register before the events. It’s still not too late to register—seize the chance to meet with suppliers face to face and enhance your business by discovering new ones. Email maria@bizex.ie now to receive your dedicated registration link for both events.”

Maria Hourican, CEO of Business Exhibitions and Organiser of the Irish Travel Trade Shows, said, “We’re thrilled to introduce the Trade Show App, designed to help attendees easily schedule meetings with the people they want to connect with. This feature enhances opportunities for face-to-face interactions with existing suppliers while also providing a valuable chance to discover new ones. This year, we’re excited to welcome 36 new suppliers in Dublin and 23 in Cork, offering even more opportunities to grow your business.”

The Irish Travel Trade Shows are organised on behalf of the ITAA, by Business Exhibitions Ltd.  Check out www.irishtraveltradeshow.com.
