Explora Journeys Launches Explora Club: A Loyalty Programme designed to elevate every journey

#Traveltradetogether

Explora Journeys, the luxury lifestyle ocean travel brand of the MSC Group, today unveiled.

Explora Club – a new loyalty programme created to celebrate and reward discerning guests who seek more than a journey.

Explora Club offers a seamless and intuitive, five-level structure – Classic, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond – with each level unveiling a curated collection of benefits, from priority access and bespoke events to personalised gifts and exclusive savings. With more journeys, Explora Club Members unlock an array of incremental privileges, thoughtfully designed to enhance their time both on board and ashore.

Levels are determined by weighted nights at sea, multiplied by suite category, with additional points earned through Destination Experiences purchased pre-journey or on board and eligible onboard spending, including: Ocean Wellness, exclusive culinary experiences and beverages, laundry, and purchases at The Journey boutique.

Anna Nash, Global President Explora Journeys said “The launch of Explora Club marks a significant milestone in the evolution of our dynamic and rapidly growing brand. It is our way of celebrating the loyalty and trust of our guests – those who have embraced our vision from the very beginning, and those just beginning their journey with us today.

Inspired by our philosophy – defined by ultra-elegant experiences, impeccable personal service, and seamless cultural discovery – Explora Club goes beyond rewards. It reflects how much we value our guests. Designed to elevate every journey, it offers thoughtful privileges and unforgettable experiences that nurture the emotional connection we are proud to share – both with our guests and with the ocean itself.”

Explora Club benefits include:

  • Thoughtful Gifts & Surprises: Small moments of delight, curated to make each journey feel personal and memorable:
  • Personalised welcome on board (Classic onwards), exclusive welcome gift, signature loyalty delight, birthday surprise (Silver onwards) and surprise ritual turndown service (Gold onwards).

With Explora Club’s Status Match, guests holding loyalty status with other luxury cruise programmes are welcomed into Explora Club with equivalent level recognition from their very first journey.

Explora Club launches on 9th April 2025, inviting guests to enrol and begin their journey of rewards. By July 2025, Members will have access to a personalised ‘My Explora’ area, where benefits and level status will be visible.  Past journeys will also be recognised and factored into each member’s level.

Explora Journeys is on course to build a fleet of six luxury ships by 2028, setting a new standard in ocean travel defined by elegance, personalisation, and purpose. EXPLORA I and EXPLORA II are already sailing, with four additional ships joining the fleet between 2026 and 2028.

With the introduction of Explora Club, the brand deepens its connection with guests – honouring their loyalty with thoughtful recognition, and a journey that becomes more meaningful with every sailing.  It is a celebration of the Ocean State of Mind – where loyalty is not only recognised, but genuinely valued, and where every return feels like coming home.

  • Excluding purchases related to pre- and post-journey hotels, flights, transfers, and purchases made at Encore by Explora Journeys, the Rolex, Cartier, Panerai, Piaget, and Buccellati boutiques, as well as any spending at The Casino.
