Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a position as a cabin crew member, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are advantageous)

  • Minimum height of 160cm and able to reach 212cm high
  • Minimum of one year of hospitality or customer service experience
  • Leaving cert education or equivalent
  • Ability to meet the UAE’s employment visa requirements

Recruitment Process

The selection process for cabin crew positions includes an introduction, assessment, and final interview. Candidates are encouraged to bring an updated CV in English, a valid ID or passport copy, and copies of their education certificates to fast-track the application process.
