Dirty Dancing Comes Aboard MSC Virtuosa

#Traveltradetogether

“Dirty Dancing: In Concert” makes its UK and European cruise debut onboard MSC Virtuosa starting 10 July 2025.

MSC Cruises is the only cruise line bringing this iconic 80s film from Lionsgate to life at sea with a live band, singers, and dancers.

A 7-night sailing departing 30 August 2025 from Southampton is available from £969pp.

MSC Cruises has teamed up with Lionsgate and GEA Live to bring one of the most iconic love stories of all time to UK waters this summer – Dirty Dancing: In Concert will make its UK and European cruise debut onboard MSC Virtuosa starting 10 July 2025.

Following its successful launch on MSC World America in the U.S., this will be the first time the hit live-to-film concert appears at sea in the region.

During the 90-minute live-to-film concert, a talented live band and spectacular singers belt out classic songs in-sync with the movie, taking the beloved Lionsgate film to another level with dazzling dancers amping up the atmosphere.

Guests will have the chance to catch multiple live-to-film concerts throughout their cruise, including matinee showings on sea days.

Steve Leatham, Vice President of Entertainment at MSC Cruises, said:

“Offering our guests an impressive and diverse array of dazzling international entertainment around the clock is key to creating an unforgettable cruise experience. We want to offer something for every type of holidaymaker and after a successful debut on our latest flagship MSC World America, we’re thrilled to be extending “Dirty Dancing: In Concert” to our arsenal of spectacular entertainment options onboard MSC Virtuosa.”

Antonio Paradiso, VP of International Sales and Managing Director of the UK and Ireland said“We want our guests to feel at home on board MSC Virtuosa, and I know this experience will be a popular choice for anyone sailing with us.”

Dirty Dancing: In Concert joins an extensive line-up of entertainment available on MSC Virtuosa, which features a full schedule of West-End style performances, live music, interactive game shows and family-friendly events each evening.
