Destination Portugal Arrives in Dublin

Travelbiz was delighted to attend a special Destination Portugal event in Dublin, hosted by Carlos Pinto de Oliveira (Director, Visit Portugal – Ireland), alongside The Portuguese Ambassador to Ireland, Dr. João Pedro Fins do Lago, at The Alex Hotel.

Representing Travelbiz and Travelfinders, Sales Director Peter O’Hanlon joined key Irish trade partners for an evening dedicated to strengthening relationships, showcasing Portugal’s diverse tourism offering, and creating new opportunities for collaboration across the Irish market.

The event also brought back strong memories of the ITAA Conference in Alcobaça 2025, reinforcing Portugal’s position as one of the most engaging and high-performing destinations for Irish travellers.
