March Tourism Dashboard shows 521,800 international tourists in Ireland with spend of €559 million

The Irish Tourism Industry Confederation (ITIC) has today issued its latest monthly tourism dashboard which shows 521,800 international visitors were in Ireland during March spending €559 million.

March traditionally accounts for about 7% of annual tourism numbers and last month international visitors spent an average stay of 6 nights in the country.

ITIC’s Tourism Dashboard is published in association with AIB and, using a variety of data sources including the CSO, identifies international visitor numbers by key source market.
